Personalized Products

Most products sold by 3D Laser Land are custom-made and personalized according to customer specifications.

By submitting photographs, text, or artwork, you confirm that:

You own the rights to use the submitted materials.
You have permission from individuals shown in the photographs when required.
The content does not infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to refuse any order containing offensive, illegal, or copyrighted material without authorization.

Product Appearance

Our product images are intended to represent the finished product as accurately as possible.

Please note:

Crystal engraving naturally appears differently depending on lighting conditions.
Colors displayed on your monitor or mobile device may vary.
Slight differences in engraving depth, brightness, positioning, and image appearance are considered normal characteristics of laser engraving and are not manufacturing defects.

Pricing

If a pricing error occurs due to technical issues or human error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

If we make an engraving or manufacturing error, we will gladly replace or remake the item at no additional cost.

Orders may only be canceled before production has begun.

Once engraving, manufacturing, or production starts, personalized orders cannot be canceled because they are custom-made specifically for each customer.
